Note: This process is exclusively applicable to LKG students and does not apply to any other classes.

1. Issuance of Applications: Applications will be issued only online. (No applications will be available at the school office.)

2. Availability of Online Applications: Applications will be available on the school website from 03.02.2025 to 05.02.2025.

3. Age Requirement: The child must have completed 3 years of age as of 30th April 2025.

4. Accuracy of Information: Applications containing false or incomplete information will be rejected.

5. Submission of Documents: A Xerox copy of the following certificates must be submitted along with the completed online application and registration form at the school on 12.02.2025 (between 10:00 AM and 3:00 PM):

Aadhaar Card of the child

Ration Card of the family

Baptism Certificate (for Catholics only)

NOTE: We do not collect any donations towards admissions. Parents are strongly advised not to give money to anyone regarding admission in St. Mary’s Nursery and Primary School. For such transactions, the Management is certainly not responsible.

1. விண்ணப்பத்தை வழங்குதல் : ஆன்லைன் மூலமாக மட்டுமே விண்ணப்ப படிவம் வழங்கப்படும். (பள்ளியில்; தரப்பட மாட்டாது)

2. ஆன்லைன் விண்ணப்பங்கள் வழங்கப்படும் நாட்கள் : ஆன்லைனில் விண்ணப்பபடிவம் வருகின்ற 03.02.2025 முதல் 05.02.2025 தேதிகளில் வெளியிடப்படும்.

3. வயது வரம்பு : 30.04.2025-ல் 3 வயது நிறைவடைந்திருக்க வேண்டும்.

4. தகவல் படிவத்தின் விவரம் : பொய்யான அல்லது முழுமையற்ற தகவல்களுடன் உள்ள விண்ணப்பங்கள் நிராகரிக்கப்படும்.

5. ஆவணங்களை சமர்ப்பித்தல் : கீழே கொடுக்கப்பட்டுள்ள சான்றிதழ்களின் நகலை பூர்த்தி செய்யப்பட்ட ஆன்லைன் விண்ணப்ப மற்றும் பதிவு படிவத்துடன் இணைத்து 12.02.2025 (காலை 10.00 மணி முதல் மாலை 03.00 மணிக்குள்ளாக) பள்ளியில் கொடுக்கவும்.

வகுப்பு சேர்ப்பதற்க்கு எந்த விதமான நன்கொடைகளும்; ஏற்றுக் கொள்ளப்படமாட்டாது. பள்ளியின் பெயரைச் சொல்லி சேர்க்கைக்கான கையூட்டு மற்றும் முன்பணம் எவரிடமும் கொடுத்து ஏமாற வேண்டாம். இப்படி நடந்தால் நிர்வாகம் பொறுப்பல்ல.
